My name is Nicola Hebert. I have been designing websites for about ten years now and still love it. I enjoy reading about new trends and design concepts. This is one of the few industries that is continuously changing and challenging me to improve and do better. For that, it is an exciting career choice.

I started out building websites for fun through angelfire.com while I was still in the military. When I was honorably discharged, I attended ECPI College of Technology and earned an associate degree in Web Development. After graduating, the college hired me for their online department to develop courses, interactive flash lectures, student portals, etc.

A few years passed before relocating to Florida and working freelance. My skills improved a great deal doing freelance as the challenges were much more demanding and the projects changed regularly.

After settling in to the sunshine state I began working for a marketing company out of Gulf Breeze, Florida. I was able to assemble and lead a graphics/web team of 5 for about 2 years and loved every minute of it.

The life of being a military spouse found us relocating again and this time to the beautiful state of California. Working remote, the company I worked for was bought out and I now find myself back into the world of freelance.

I have been blessed with a wonderful family and amazing children.
